During our most recent conveyor system project in 2024, Element5 provided Almac Industrial Systems with the specifications and requirements for a CDLR conveyor system and several drag conveyors for our facility.
Almac developed the system design and worked closely with our team to review their concepts and explain the rationale behind their proposed solutions, including lifting and lowering features. This collaborative approach was important in ensuring the system met our operational requirements.
Following order placement and manufacturing, the equipment was tested off-site before being installed and commissioned at our facility. The process was completed successfully, and the resulting system continues to perform well for our plant.
